Money doesn’t come from a phone.It’s earned.
Kids watch money appear with a tap — they never see what it took. EarnIt shows them the other half. Real jobs earn a real weekly wage, big jobs are worth more than small ones, and everything they want has a price in effort as well as pounds. By the time they have a card of their own, they’ll know what money costs.

Worth 5 shares of this week.
The lesson tap-to-pay skipped
To a nine-year-old, a price is just a number.
Forty-five pounds says nothing about where forty-five pounds comes from. Most money apps start after that — a card, a balance, a budget. EarnIt starts before it, with the part a price tag hides: money is stored-up effort.
The film · 60 seconds
Why we built EarnIt.
Not to track chores. To raise kids who know what money really costs — and who get noticed for the things money can’t buy.

How it works
One loop. Four steps. About two minutes a day.
You set it up once. After that the app does the reminding, the maths and the record-keeping — and you do the one thing only a grown-up should: say “yes, that’s done.”
Say what a week is worth.
Pick chores from a library of forty, or write your own. Big jobs get more weight. Your weekly outlay is a number you chose — not a surprise on Sunday.
They tick it off.
Their board shows what’s due today, in a theme they chose. Some jobs come with step-by-step guides, so “done” means done properly.
You approve. One tap.
From the notification, the Lock Screen or a widget. Approving is the only thing that turns work into money — so a tick is a claim, not a payment.
Payday settles the week.
The money splits into Spend, Save and Give. A plain-English recap says exactly why they got what they got. Sunday takes about ten seconds.
Fair, and they can check it
Not 50p a job. A share of the week.
Most apps price every chore — which quietly teaches a child that a job they don’t fancy isn’t worth doing today. EarnIt shares out a weekly pot by how much of the week’s work got done. Big jobs pay more. And they can see exactly why.
It also knows why a job didn’t happen:
Their side
Built to be played, not administered.
One app, two sides. On a child’s own phone it opens straight onto their board. And it grows up with them — four genuinely different experiences, not one screen with bigger buttons.
Younger
One job at a time. Big pictures, very few words. Coins to count, not decimals. Enormous celebrations.
Standard
The quest board: today’s jobs, the week’s money on a ring, a streak and a companion that grows.
Older
Everything on one screen. Stats, levels, and money they can move between their own pots.
Teen
Led by earnings and goals. The confetti steps back; the numbers step forward.
Only EarnIt does this
Two homes? Handled.
Around one in four UK families with children is a single-parent family, and lots of kids split their week between two houses. Every other pocket-money app assumes one house and one adult who owns the money. EarnIt doesn’t.
Care schedule: a week here, a week away — Friday to Friday.
Beyond chores
Kindness. Honesty. Turning up.
Noticed. Never paid for.
Pay a child for being kind and, the research says, they get less kind. So EarnIt keeps a second economy money can’t touch. You write down the moments you saw — in your own words — and they grow a light that only ever goes up.

Our promise
Nothing about your family leaves your family.
There’s no EarnIt account, no EarnIt server and no company holding data about your children — because there’s nowhere for it to go. Your household lives on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud.
